In honor of Circle the City. A Time and Place to Heal.
Circle the City, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, non-denominational public charity, is Arizona’s first medical respite center and provides care to people experiencing homelessness in Maricopa County. Through generous community support and the compassionate care of our doctors, nurses, and respite assistants, we provide homeless men and women “a time and place to heal” after they are discharged from local hospitals. We partner with most major hospital systems in the Phoenix area to bridge the gap between inpatient and outpatient care, ensuring that our patients have the best possible opportunity to heal physically, socially, and emotionally. Our skilled case managers are dedicated to connecting each patient with important post-discharge resources, including primary care and housing, that will help break the cycle of homelessness.
